Having worked with Schrader in the past supplying a number of different storage solutions, they presented a new challenge; to construct a cost effective resin store that has a temperature controlled environment to be used to for resins used in microchip manufacture. This Bunded Store must keep these resins stored in 200ltr drums at a specific temperature with a +/– tolerance of 5 degrees with an out of range audible and visual alarm, connected to the main building.

 

Modified from a 20’ side opening ISO container, lined and insulated with a bunded floor, this chemical Store meets all requirements stipulated by the clients product supplier. The unit is insulated to protect it from hot/cold weather conditions and to increase efficiency of the temperature control.
