The clients brief was to provide temporary secure office and welfare accommodation for staff at a WWTW renewal project in the south of England. Accommodation was required for the client and resident engineers and had to incorporate our ECO enhancements as well as other special requirements. To increase the energy performance of the cabins we included additional thermal insulation, double glazed windows, timer-controlled heaters and automatic lighting and extract fan control in all the toilets. Water saving percussion taps where also used on all basins.

Other additional features included a corporate colour scheme, dado computer trunking to all offices and disabled accessible welfare facilities. Each cabin also comes with a special 64Amp inlet for ease of connection to mains services.

 

Farrans Construction chose this system for its flexibility and ease of erection and set-up on site and now use our AV Link-System throughout its fleet located at various sites throughout the UK.
